Software Licenses

(#SL Initialisation codes are required when when first generating a license on a new machine)
Protect-IT Database manager Use the options below to control settings on your customer dongles & the dongle database.

Change dongle expiry date:

Standard Activation Codes only update dongle(s) Expiry Date. Firstly, you must select the dongle(s) to receive a new expiry date from the 'Dongle Database' table. Note, you can update the expiry date on more than one dongle at the same time.

 

Expiry Date: Select a new expiry date.

 

Click the send button to send the new expiry date to all selected dongles;

 

Change specific dongle settings:

Firstly, you must select just one dongle from the 'Dongle Database' table, you can then use the fields below to change the settings on that dongle. Note, any fields left blank will retain the current setting on the dongle.
(Supply a unique username)
Expiry Date: (yyyy/mm/dd)
Application id: (Depends on the application to be used with the dongle)
Language: (Select the language)

 

Below are additional dongle settings. These can be used as required to control different aspects of your application;

Once you have completed the required fields, you can either update the database, or update the database and send the changes to the customer as an Activation code;

 

Change other Database settings:

The e-mail recipient name can be changed in the database.
Firstly, select the dongle(s) to change from the database.

The Dongle Group allows grouping of similar dongles.
Firstly, select the dongle(s) to change from the database.

Firstly, select the dongle(s) to change from the database.

Any active dongle(s) can be de-activated below.
Firstly, select the dongle(s) to change from the database.
Set dongle as: Inactive  
  Lost/Damaged
Note, to re-activate an inactive dongle, click on the individual dongle serial number in the table below, and change the status.
